The incubator is a place to support start-ups, to develop innovative goods and services. It is part of the  innovative ecosystem of country, partnering with organizations and mature companies that also have a place. In addition to office space, companies can use modern conference rooms for shared use, storage rooms, recreation areas, sports and more. Start-up companies receive support in the form of consultations – administrative, marketing, financial, by organizing lectures, educational programs, participation in conferences, thematic forums and other events.

The laboratory complex is one of the main elements of the science and technology park. It consists of 11 high-tech laboratories, created with the support of leading experts from academic institutions such as Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski ”, Technical University – Sofia, Medical University – Sofia. The laboratories within the complex carry out independent and joint research activities, the results of which will be widely disseminated. Scientific units offer the opportunity to develop projects of private companies for goods or services in order to commercialize them.

The Experimentarium building is designed as a museum center of innovation and high technology. Here is the first in our country interactive children’s center “TechnoMagicLand”.

The John Atanassoff Innovation Forum is a multifunctional venue for events, conferences, seminars, congresses and other events aimed at enhancing dialogue between the scientific and business communities. Its function is to facilitate the formation of the ecosystem in the field of technology transfer and innovation, as well as to provide a suitable environment for the exchange of ideas.

The science and technology park was built with funding from the Operational Program “Development of the Competitiveness of the Bulgarian Economy” 2007-2013 and “Innovation and Competitiveness” 2014-2020.
