National training modules will focus on competence development on most important criteria for TTO workers. Each module will cover certain topics such as technology development, features of R&D, project management, entrepreneurship, commercialization, TT acceleration, academy – industry cooperation, facilitation etc. interrelated to the other modules constructing the whole curricula.
Modules involve training courses, seminars mainly based on non formal education and also practical implementation to cover the experiential learning cycle. Therefore they all be focusing on the development of knowledge, skills and experience supported with the development of values, attitude and approach.
The modules will offer different options to be adopted to the national context and to be transferred to and used by any other structure in the sector. The modules will be prepared by the international work group for the training and education.
The overall structure will be defined initially but the modules will be prepared step by step all during the project process. The preparation of the each module will be followed buy the implementation at national level and an evaluation process, which would provide valuable data for the work group in shaping upcoming modules according to the results.
Target group of the project is the young people from 18-35 years of age having potential and willingness to take an active role in TT and R&D sector who are mostly new graduates, students, expected to be graduated within the first 2 years of the project and current TTO staff All these participants will join training modules at national level and follow the distant learning platform. Everyone trained at national level will have the opportunity to participate in at least one of the international training activities.
