Park Hostel
Park Hostel is a accommodation facility, which has been created for the convenience of the scientists, partners, lecturers and other guests of Sofia Tech Park and the Association for Research and Development, as well as the companies within the campus.
Park Hostel also welcomes all the guests who are outside the innovative community of the science and technology park, who wish to take advantage of the hotel services of the complex, as well as to enjoy the peace and comfort we offer. The hostel is categorized with 1 star and is managed by Sofia Tech Park JSC.
Park Hostel is part of the complex of the first science and technology park in Bulgaria – Sofia Tech Park. It is located on the 2nd and 3rd floor of the Business Incubator of the Park. The Hostel has 3 single, 4 double rooms and 1 apartment. On Floor 3 there is an equipped lounge area with conversation areas, place for breakfast, facilities for hot drinks , a fridge, ironing facilities and a washing machine. The Park Hostel is surrounded by a pleasant park and exquisite environment, suitable for walks and spots: outdoor fitness and the sports center – 4 tennis courts, gym, football, basketball and volleyball pitches. The single rooms on Floor 1 have private bathrooms, and guests can share a fully equipped kitchen on the floor. In the Business Incubator building, guests can also enjoy the Park Side restaurant, a vending machine for cold drinks and food, and a coffee machine.
Park Hostel is located 5 minutes by car from the city center of Sofia or 15 minutes by public transport. Sofia Airport is in a very close proximity as well. Sofia Airport is a 15-minute drive away.

Rules and Conditions
- Cancellation: Cancellations are free of charge if made up to 24 hours before the check-in date, otherwise one overnight is charged.
- Payment methods: Payment is made only by bank transfer. The pro-forma invoice must be paid up to 24 hours before check-in, otherwise the reservation is considered canceled.
- Taxes: All taxes are included
- Penalties: A fine is paid for a lost access card to Park Hostel in the amount of BGN 20 without VAT per item. In case of damage to the furniture and / or equipment in the Hostel, compensation equal to the amount of the damage is due.
- Leaving the room between 12 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. is paid 1/2 of the price for one night. If you leave the room after 5:30 p.m., the full price per night will be applied.
- Animal Policy: Animals / pets are not allowed on the territory of Sofia Tech Park and in Park Hostel.
- Children’s policy: Children up to 2 years old can stay free of charge in the parents’ bed. The hostel does not have baby cots or extra beds.
- Smoking policy: Smoking is prohibited in all rooms. Failure to comply will result in a fine of BGN 50.
