How to get there?
Sofia Tech Park is accessible via the exit lane from Blvd. “Asen Yordanov” and a new opening to Street “Ambassador James Pardue”, Street “Gen. Yordan Venedikov” and the entrance-exits of the Park – “B”, “C”, “D” and “E”. The park is also accessible via the local lane from the Blvd. “Tsarigradsko shose” – entrance-exit “E”.
The pedestrian access is available from the Aviation Square, as well as through the pedestrian bridge over Tsarigradsko Shousse.

Multilevel Parking
There is a multi-storey car park with a capacity of 500 spaces within the park. Parking is paid – €0.80 per hour including VAT (BGN 1.56 per hour including VAT) with 30 minutes free of charge. Monthly subscription – €110.00 excluding VAT (BGN 215.14 excluding VAT). The car park is equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles.
Starting January 1, 2026, payment for parking services at Sofia Tech Park will only be accepted by bank card at the payment terminals (parking meters) located in the multi-storey car park.
