Organized as part of the Media Motor Europe project, supported by Sofia Tech Park and Bulgarian Industrial Capital Association (BICA), the Sofia Knowledge City Cluster invites you to the online event Mediatech on stage that will take place on 9-10 February 2021. The event will be hosted by Tom Van de Weghe – Geopolitics, Cyberpolitics and Risk analysis specialist with big experience as a reporter and correspondent in Russia and Eastern Europe (2000-2007), China and the Far East (2004-2012) and USA (2013-up to date).
During the event, 19 promising startups and scaleups will pitch their solutions for today’s most prominent media challenges.
Mediatech on stage’s topics are:
- misinformation and fake news,
- accessibility and inclusion,
- human-machine interaction,
- protection of personal data,
- transition towards a data-driven media 4.0 market.
The event will include pitching sessions, studio discussions with industry experts and one-on-one networking opportunities with participants.
