The program was developed by the Foundation for the Support of Bulgarian Young Scientists who work on relevant scientific topics and projects of practical relevance. It includes PhD students and scientists who have defended their doctoral dissertation in the last five years in the following fields: artificial intelligence, automotive, engineering sciences, new technologies.
