Sofia Tech Park announces a procedure for the selection of tenants of available office space in the Incubator building for companies developing or starting a business in any of the following areas: ICT, virtual reality, artificial intelligence, green and clean energy, fintech, biotech, food technology or other high value added and R&D activities. If you are developing or already creating an innovative product and / or service and are looking for opportunities in a high-tech and adaptive ecosystem, come and join us.
The application will be based on a preliminary selection, for which you need to send us a letter of intent to incubator@sofiatech.bg till 30.01.2020, describing your company, business idea, product, service or project that you are developing and at what stage you are. If you are a start-up company with registration under the Bulgarian legislation not later than 3 years before the date of application, you will be able to get governmental support, which is expressed in a special price policy for rent.
The basic requirements for the candidates are following:
– To be an organization registered under the Bulgarian legislative
– To have activities in one of the main focus areas of Sofia Tech Park, such as: Life science, ICT, Clean energy and renewable technologies.
– To have an innovative product or service developed in the same areas that are yet to be on the market or are already on the market.
– To have proven R&D activity and staff in the company with R&D activities;
– To have sustainable relationships and collaborations with universities, research organizations and other partners.
The office space is located in the Incubator building, floor 3, with a total area of 463 square meters, with a terrace. It can be rented out entirely and independently by one company or it can be divided into smaller areas and rented by more companies. The tenant (s) will also have access to common areas, training venues, events and meetings, free wi-fi, fully equipped conference rooms and shared kitchen facilities. The incubator also has storage facilities, a sport center with tennis courts, a gym and a football field, a landscaped park and a parking building. The ecosystem of Sofia Tech Park provides a wide network of contacts through networking events from the Science and Technology Park’ calendar, as well as opportunities to work in various projects with the 11 high-tech laboratories.
