Sofia Tech Park JSC announces a public procedure for the selection of start-up companies to become tenants of three office space in the Incubator building. A Commission of professionalists in the field of Innovation, Finance and Entrepreneurship, representatives of high-tech companies, venture capital funds, business experts and researchers from the scientific area in Bulgaria will review the applications and will evaluate the business ideas of the young companies and their potential realization.

The Commission will choose between start-ups with viable team and business model. The focus of the developed products should fall into one of the three key areas of the Science and Technology Park – Information and Telecommunication Technologies, Life Sciences and Clean Energy. The companies that will work in cooperation with the laboratory complex in the park will have the advantage to develop their ideas in a successful business. In addition apart of the office space, the companies in will also have access to various events and sources of financing and contacts throughout the Sofia Tech Park network. Available at the selected companies in the Incubator building will also be practical trainings, coaching and the Sofia Tech Park’supporting Innovation Program.

The available office spaces are divided into three separate offices in the Incubator. The rental price per square meter is 4 (four) euro excluding VAT. For the maintenance and management of the common areas there is a service charge of EUR 2.00 per square meter excluding VAT.

The rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floor, with a view to the park. To their rental area are included 15 % common areas:

First floor – 55,32 square meters

First floor – 45,31 square meters ;

Second floor – 45,54 square meters

Available at the companies are also common spaces, conference halls and meeting rooms, free wi-fi connections and shared kitchen. The Incubator has storage rooms, a restaurant with garden, a sport center with a gym, a yoga hall, tennis courts, a football field and green areas for walking and recreation where innovators can develop a creative and entrepreneurship spirit.
